Cynthia H. Clark
Cynthia H. Clark has practiced law in Maryland and Washington, D.C. since 1998. She started in general litigation practice representing Maryland businesses in various commercial and employment law matters. More recently, Cynthia served as senior in-house counsel at Pitney Bowes, Inc. representing the company in complex technology licensing matters. Cynthia now focuses exclusively on family law, representing clients in the areas of divorce, property distribution, spousal support, child support, custody and visitation. Ms. Clark received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Howard University and her law degree from Yale Law School. Ms. Clark is licensed to practice in both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She actively participates in the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and Maryland State Bar Association.
